At Lāchers, we aim for brilliance in all that we do for our clients. We take great pride in our work and ensure we deliver our clients’ hair services and salon experiences with upmost satisfaction.

Our services are provided à-la-carte and prices provided for each service reflect our entry level services.
Pricing may vary depending on the stylist booked, length and texture of hair, time required to complete service, and/or tools & product used for completing the hair style services.
Inquiries for new color, event styling, extensions, other extensive treatments, corrections, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with your stylist to create a suitable treatment plan.

Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive sufficient time to complete your service with your stylist.

We respectfully ask for 24-hour notice of appointments for cancellations. We recognize unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, out of consideration to your stylist and her schedule, we ask you to please honor our 24-hour notice policy.
Same-day cancellations and No-Shows are subject to a 50% service charge.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept payments through Venmo.
Gratuity is always graciously accepted and up to the client’s discretion. Cash or the stylists’ personal Venmo / Zelle accounts are acceptable forms of gratuity payment but do not accept gratuities on credit cards, nor can be combined with service charges.

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. If you experience any dissatisfaction with the results of your hair service, we may provide a correction service within 2 weeks of your original appointment date.
We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits on product purchases, or services completed.
All hair extension deposits are strictly non-refundable.

All product sales are final. We cannot accept any opened, damaged or used product for return or exchange. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

The Salon is not responsible for any damage or lost/stolen personal items during your visit/treatment at the salon. Be mindful of any color or treatments using products that can alter or stain fabrics/materials. All personal items and clothing are the responsibility of the client.

While we love all fury family members, we respectfully ask to leave your pets at home to ensure the comfort levels of all of our clients and staff. Of course, service pets are welcome.
