As a master extension artist and stylist, I’m devoted to creating looks that elevate self-confidence, reflect individuality, personality and style through the art form of hair.

Trust, respect, unity and devotion: these four principles are the foundation of my business. In 2014, I opened my salon, Lāchers Hair by Demand, which has evolved into the eponymous full-service salon, Lāchers in Bridgeport, CT. This journey has been a blessing where I have had the privilege of sharing my love for hair and creativity with my clients every day.
I truly believe “hair is hair” and blind to hair stereotypes that are often associated with certain age groups or ethnicities. Anyone in the right hands can achieve sexy, effortless, healthy hair. With years of working with all kinds of hair texture, I recognize and understand the needs of each client’s hair care and am devoted to them beyond the chair.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, my story is one of personal ambition and perseverance. Despite growing up in a broken home, I continuously strive to propel my destiny with passion to make a positive impact on others around me.
I developed my craft and built my career working in Greenwich, NYC, and LA. I began my freelance career in the entertainment and editorial industries, where I perfected my skills and cultivated an international clientele that includes top celebrities, TV personalities, musicians, social influencers, and beauty enthusiasts.
Most importantly, I take great pride in my salon, Lāchers and my long-standing relationships with my clientele. It is the most fulfilling experience helping my clients find their confidence.
